SHIPMENTS
Shipments take place after the t-shirt production is finished, which can take 7 to 15 business days. The products are sent by the method requested by the customer, and cannot be changed after purchase.
In case of unsuccessful delivery attempt to the customer, the store is NOT responsible for the shipping, the customer has 7 calendar days to be able to pick up the product at the agency of the chosen carrier responsible for the delivery and if you do not pick up the object, it will return to the sender and the payment of another freight.
Any damage to the packaging that compromises the product such as tears and dents is the sole responsibility of the chosen carrier and the store does NOT accept any refund request as the problem is directly between the customer and the carrier. All products in the store are carefully evaluated and packaged so that they reach the customer in the best way possible.

POLICIES AND SECURITY
The customer has up to 7 business days after receiving the product to request a refund for the product.
The cancellation of products in production will only be accepted after a cohesive explanation from the customer, who must request service through the store's communication channels.
